Hatha Yoga Flow

The body moves in sync with the breath creating fluid meditative movement and ending with a deep relaxation.

Chair Meditation & Movement

Gentle movement and breathing exercises seated on a chair. Suitable for all.

Power Yoga Flow

A fast-paced cardiovascular workout focused on building strength and flexibility in the body through high-impact yoga postures.

Kundalini Yoga

Activate your Kundalini or Shakti energy by chanting, singing, breathing exercises, and repetitive poses.

CalmKIDZ Yoga

Suitable for age 6 to 10 years. Yoga can help your child learn to relax the body and focus the mind.

Restorative Yoga

Restorative yoga is a restful practice that is all about slowing down and opening your body through passive stretching.

Pregnancy Yoga

A multifaceted approach to exercise that encourages stretching, mental centering and focused breathing leading to a nice relaxation and meditation to finish.
